I'm a newbie and installed Chameleon on WP 3.0. I think I did it wrong because I don't see the widget drag panel - Also, I can't change the color of the banner (mine's all black...) Help...

Did you try adding widgets and changing the color on the theme settings page? Can you provide a link to the site?

Hmm. No, but that's probably beyond my skillset. Here's my link
http://www.winkmediadesign.com/I wondered if 3.0 didn't upload all of the files - since it only let me upload a zipped folder and when I looked in my files, some were missing. The folders - PSD, scripts and images. So I uploaded those and unpacked them, but still it's not right.
Again, it very well could be my personal challenges - I'm still learning.

You need to add widgets on the "widgets" page.
You can change the color on the "theme settings" page.

Well, I'm back. (I moved so I got very sidetracked). Anyway, I simply cannot change the color of the header bkg. I put a hex code in where it asks in Theme Settings - but nothing.
This is the color I'd like to try - E89E54 But all I get is a black hole - and my logo is off to the left, not in the center. Wah!Posted 1 month ago # -
Make sure you include the "#" infront of the hex code.
Also, make sure you're entering the width of your logo in the field below. This is what makes the logo centered.
