Hi there,

Do you have featured images assigned for your videos? While the theme does have an automatic image feature, it's really only meant as a temporary solution until you assign a featured image. The system provided by sites like YouTube and Vimeo is not very good, so a manually assigned featured image is always the best approach.

Hi,
The video page needs to be refreshed for the videos to be displayed correctly. On the first pass, they are cut in half and not even appearing. I am using a child theme but I also tried with the original unedited theme and the same thing appears. It seems to be a loading problem. This appears on all sort of devices, browsers, computers and locations. I have a screenshot if needed.
I can also send you a direct link but we can't display the website here yet.
We are going to Cannes in 2 weeks to present our project and it is necessary for this to work properly. I am a front end developer and having been checking the CSS for hours and couldn't find anything. It looks like at the first pass the theme doesn't know what to display and it takes a refresh for it to work.
