Hi there,

For the video page, you need to (1) create a page and (2) assign the "Videos Page" template. You then (3) create a post with the video information and (4) assign the "Video" post format.

Regarding the music page, what seems to be the issue? I'm not noticing anything wrong with the page.

Hi Christopher, thanks for your reply. I have been able to resolve the video playing issue but not sure how to make the 'video' page for our reel. It just doesn't do what I want it to! I have followed the youtube video for the VYSUAL website but I still can't get it to work.
Also, on the music page http://woolfe.vision/category/music/ the posts looks all wrong, why?

The video on the 2016 reel page and videos on the documentaries page are all working for me. Were you able to resolve the issues you were having? Please let me know.

Also, I recommend using the "video" page template for your reel page. Reference: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#videoPage

Hi there,

Thanks for a great product. I have been working hard at getting my VYSUAL website up to scratch but I have hit a problem, none of the videos in categories are playing: http://www.woolfe.vision, please check the reel page and the documentaries page.

Also, the videos aren't even showing on the music page.

Appreciate any help at this stage.
