Hi there,

The automatic thumbnail feature is not meant to be the long-term solution. It's really just meant as a backup until you can upload and assign a featured image of your own.

The thumbnail system provided by YouTube/Vimeo isn't very consistent, so be sure to assign a featured image. More info: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#featuredImage

Hi Chris, sorry for disturbing you. I'm Julian from Bulgaria.

I have this problem (http://julianminkov.com/category/corporate-videos/) with thumbnails when I used vimeo and youtube ID lins some of them have thumbnails some not. I changed manually the screenshots in both sites (vimeo and youtube) but nothing changed. When I refresh the page of my site vimeo links are fixed but youtube not. When I click on Main menu everything is going wrong again.
Can you help me where I'm wrong?
