1. Create a page.

2. Assign a desired page template for page.

3. Make that page the home page.

4. Create posts to populate the page.

yea i am unable to figure it out, your tutorials do not match with what i am looking at either so idk i think im going to have to get another theme this one is difficult to deal with.

Looking at your site, I have the following suggestions...

1. Upload a logo image on the Customize page that will be displayed in the upper-left corner, above the sidebar menu and in the footer area above the credits.

2a. Your home page does not appear to have a page template assigned. Navigate to the edit page and assign a page template based on what you want to display. For example, the demo site is using the "Reviews + Video" template. More info about page templates here: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#templates

2b. If you use the "Reviews + Video" template, you'll also want to publish some posts with the "Quote" format assigned (more info).

3a. You don't appear to have any video posts yet. Navigate to the posts section and be sure to publish some posts with the "Video" post format assigned (more info).

3b. You can specify which video is attached to the post by using the options box on the post edit screen (more info).

Once you've done all that, you should be 90% setup. Let me know.

Can you provide a link to your site? I'll check it out and provide suggestions based on how far along you are.

Also, the demo site home page is using the "quote + video" page format. This page format requires that you have some posts with the "quote" format applied for the quote section and at least one post published with the "video" format applied for the play button to work. Once you have those items published, you just need to have a page with the "quote + video" format applied and assigned to your home page.

I figured out the installation to wordpress, i am having issues with getting the theme like the demo, i have tryed appearance and customize, i have went to tools also and went to reading to change to static page, hours of going back and forth and trying new things out, im used to this kind of stuff and im still not able to get it the way it should be.
