Hi there,

1. I visited your site and see the video plays properly when I click the play button. If you want it to automatically play when the site loads, be sure to check the "Auto play video in Pop-up" in the "static front page" section of the "Customize" page ('appearance' > 'customize').

2 & 3. From the thread linked to above... If you're experiencing an issue with the Customizer settings not working (i.e. audio won't auto play, slideshow doesn't work, etc.), the issue might be related to the lack of Widgets. There appears to be a WordPress bug that requires a widget to be active in order for the Customizer settings that appears AFTER the widget section to load. If you're not using any widgets, this may be the issue.

SOLUTION:

Activate a text widget and leave the title/content blank. This will allow WordPress to continue loading the rest of the Customizer settings without an actual widget being displayed in the sidebar area.

I still have the same problems:
1. I don't know where to upload or link the video that shall be played and pop up on the home screen when pressing the play button.
2.The music doesn't play when loading the page
3. the slideshow doesn't work on the home screen.

Can you provide a link to your site? It will help me troubleshoot any issues...

For the "video + reviews" page template, the video button plays the most recently published video post (or sticky post). You can control the video that is played from the post edit screen. There are three options for providing video details. More info here: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#postoptions

Hello,

im having some problems with the vysual template.

1. Where do i upload the video at the first page. I see the play button but when i click it, nothing appears. Where do i upload the video for this or how can i add a link to get a popup?
2. The Audio Autoplay doesn't work. I enabled the autoplaybutton but it still doesn't play the music when i refresh the page. I have to click on the audio bars to get it to play.
3. The Imageslideshow on the frontage doesn't work as well. The other pages work.
