Hi there,

It's possible. I recommend reducing the logo as much as possible, then uploading a version that's twice as large (with "@2x" appended) for the hi-res option.

Hope that helps!

Best,

Christopher

I hadn't created a second logo for the @2x section. I was just uploading the one logo to the main logo section. However, Photoshop is the only program I have used for the creation of the logo. Could it be that the image is coming out clear, but the pixelation is a result of not using the logo in the right place, as you mentioned in #1?

Hi there,

1. It sounds like you aren't properly assigning your logos for the different screen resolutions. More info: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#logoSetup

2. Regarding the pixelation of your logo, it sounds like you're not properly producing a logo (via Photoshop, etc.) for the size you need. Unfortunately my support services do not extend into this area as it does not relate to the theme but rather to your brand identity and marketing.

If you need my help creating the correct size/resolution of your logo without quality loss, I'll have to ask that you submit a request for custom services here: http://themolitor.com/custom

Let me know if #1 above helps.

Best,

Christopher

I tried doing that, and on my laptop the logo looks awful and pixelated. Completely un-usable. I tried reducing it in several different ways, and to several different sizes, 25%, 50%, 75%, ETC... It looks awful any smaller than that.
This is what the logo looks like on my screen, and on my wife's Chromebook: http://viperwickstudios.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/SiteLogoExample.jpg But on my mother's laptop, which is the same kind as mine, it cover almost the entire screen. Is it a difference in resolution, or browser? I'm just really confused...

Hi there,

The reason you are being redirected back to the home page is because you're clicking the logo (not the video link), which covers almost the entire page.

This is the logo image, which is VERY large...

http://viperwickstudios.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Viperwick-Studios-Logo-Small.png

... I recommend reducing that by at least 50%.

Hope that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Hey, I have an odd problem now. In one of my previous threads you mentioned that my Logo was too big. I didn't see any problem with it on my Dell laptop, or my wife's Asus Chromebook, but I had my parents look at my sites and on my moms Dell laptop, the logo was showing up covering most of the main screen. Also, when she navigates to the Video Samples and tries to watch a video, it just takes her right back to the main page and plays nothing. I have 3 site with your theme active, and the issue has been noticed on 2 of them:
http://viperwickstudios.com/
and
http://viperwickvacations.com/
but not on
http://viperwickweddings.com/

I haven't seen any similar problems at all on my computer, and it is the same kind as my moms, where we have seen the problem. What is going on, and how can I fix it?
