Hi there,

Just to clarify...

Video 1 is a page using the "Videos Page" page template. Details: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#videoPage

Video 2 is a category page. Category pages are created automatically by WordPress any time you have a category with published posts assigned to it. You can add category links to the menu from the "Menus" page using the options available in the Categories box shown there.

I'm having all these same problems. Video 1 and 2 are missing amongst other things.

Hi there,

If you don't see the page templates, that definitely means something is wrong. Did you make any edits to the theme files? If so, I recommend reinstalling the theme and reapplying your edits. Let me know if that helps.

I've tried everything to resolve my video issue. Everything else is fine .... Maybe I deleted something somehow.

The problem is:

There is no Video 1 or Video 2. I only have a Default template listed in my page templates. NO Center Text Page––NO Gallery––No Reviews + Video––No Videos Page.

Under customize, the Video Background doesn't work regardless of the URL I enter.

The Header Images don't appear and I made sure the size was 1200 x 800

PS....... I added a Gallery and Videos Page to my menu but they don't work.

Let me know if this helps...

  • Video 1: On the demo site, this is a page using the "Video Page" template. When using the "Videos Page" page template, the page displays a single video post with play button and title/content in the lower-right corner. There are arrow links to additional video posts. Posts only appear that have the "Video" post format assigned.
  • Video 2: On the demo site, this is a category page. Category pages are created automatically by WordPress when you create/assign categories to posts. In this example, the category name is "Video". You can add category links to the menu from the Menus page.

Hey, I just installed VYSUAL two days ago. I tried to have it installed for me but the tech went back and forth for for several days but couldn't understand my need to keep my content. When he said he'd delete my site and start form scratch I gave up and tried to install it myself. I'm not a techie, I'm an author, but I've had my wordpress site since 2009 and learned what I needed as I went.
I've been working every waking hour to change themes to VYSUAL as I want to feature my blog and book trailers. My main problem is missing templets...I even tried to add pages and build them myself. Obviously I'm missing something in the directions. My site is casimclean.com ... I can do my own customazation but the video gallery doesn't work ... I'm missing video 1 and 2, aside, and what you use for the widget page.

Am I missing a file or can you tell what is wrong? Thanks so much!
