Regarding Photopharm, all my themes are "translation ready". In addition to that, my themes do not have built-in support for any specific plugins. In my opinion, if a plugin can't simply be activated from the WordPress plugin page and work out-of-the-box, it shouldn't be used.

You should have access to all the files from your downloads page on ThemeForest. You can grab it from there and put it in the following theme directory:

../wp-content/themes/wpnavigator/

Regarding Photopharm, I tried to make it as easy as possible to use, so in my opinion YES, it's very easy. :-)

Step by step way of working

1. Create wordpress (V4.7.3) website on the URL ok
2. Upload theme, wpnavigator zipp file 26/12/2015 ok
3. Activate theme ok
4. Load demo content
1. installing plugins ok
2. run importer ok
3. demo content file XML, 26/12/2015 ok

Based on the demo navigator website we build our own menu
Welcome page with world map as background and sample page layout
purpose: Welcome and describe out website setup
Holidays Same as Home+ of the demo side
Holidays as individual items and posts for details/holiday
Our home Same as Home+ of the demo side
Each address we lived and posts for details
Personal Gallery Same as Home+ of the demo side
For each family member an link with posts for each detail
Contact same as demo side

5. Creation of the above menu under appearance/menus with the corresponding
categories made under posts/categories ok

6. Add posts
1. move the demo posts to bin ok
2. add 4 posts under holidays as test case
