Regarding the demo content, you can import that from the "import" page (under "tools"). Click the WordPress option and follow the instructions to upload the xml file included with the theme.

If there are step-by-step instructions for uploading the XML file and/or some other way of making it look like the demo, can you please point me in the right direction? I thought this theme came with an instruction booklet. :)
