OK I got the Panals theme to work. Thanks. I found another theme that I would like to pursue working on. I understand that you are not going to provide support for someone elses theme. The problem I am having is that the data from the XML demo which you showed me how to upload, may be causeing a problem with the theme I'm using. The banner compresses (squishes vertically) after clicking on a page in the menu. If I click on the banner it goes back to regular size. I've checked the orig. theme and this doesn't happen. Off the top of your head, is there a file somewhere in wordpress I should delete and replace with one from a clean install? I'll understand if you don't want to field this request.

I can confirm there are no errors with the theme. The "failed to import media" message isn't a real issue. It just means some images weren't imported. Make sure that you're checking the "download attachments" box when importing. That might be the problem with that.

Have you reviewed the help file? Have you setup your menus and reviewed the theme options panel?

...Also the 2011 theme can be activated and works. Its specifically the Panels theme that when activated or in preview, there's a blank screen for the website.

I've done what you've instructed. I go to Tools:import:Wordpress, assign myself as the author and click Submit. Every file says 'failed to import media'.

As with all premium themes, additional steps are needed to set everything up.

If you're not sure what to do, a good place to start is to import the demo site content. The demo.xml file is included in the ThemeForest download folder. Navigate to "tools" > "import" from your dashboard and click the WordPress option. You might need to install something to use this feature. Just follow those steps.

After that be sure to visit the following pages to check out the options available and configure them to your liking...

• appearance > customize
• appearance > menus
• appearance > widgets
