Looks like you have the number of posts to display set to 5 on the "reading settings" page. Change it to 6, 9 or 12 as the grid layout is in groups of 3.

Hi there,

Any information you see is provided by WordPress because it thinks you're using a plugin in their directory. My ZoomBox is NOT the same as the ZoomBox that WordPress thinks you're using.

Just a side note.. The Zoom Box downloaded through themeforest does indicate it is 7 years old and not tested with this version of wordpress. Can you direct me to your version and download from the forums please.

That seems to have done the job.. I will do more testing and let you know. When you get a chance can you also look at the testimonials page and see why it is showing the page that way. 3,2,3,2,3,2 not 3,3,3,3,3

Open header.php and change the following on lines 204-205 from this...

Information request:

Your theme uses zoombox. According to add new plugin it has not been updated in 7 years. Is this plugin something you created yourself and yours is up to date? or is this still the old one?

If it is the old one can we utilize the plugin Image Zoom?

It is more recent and works with current version of wordpress. Not sure at this time if there are any w3c errors or not, but I will listen to what you think about the old vs the new.

alrighty.. I think I have a handle on things.. However, this title thing is still an issue for me.

I have managed to figure out how to add things, but no matter what I do. Every single Category item when you go to the link shows the title of the site based on customization before each title

On a side note.. I have one small issue now..

When you click on any of the links for other pages, site map specifically, it just goes to a page that says the home page except and the title of the page. Not sure when this happened or how, but I have no idea how to fix it. I am having a domino effect of problems.

Hi there,

Your site is properly pulling the title/tagline. Remember, the tagline should be a short sentence. Not a long paragraph.

WordPress is controlling the title information now, so you can adjust it using the title/tagline field. There are plugins available for altering the way WordPress displays the title. This is not a theme option, but a WordPress feature.

The posting worked out perfectly per your directions for the bottom of the page. I believe if you get this title thing fixed we are golden for now.. :)

I downloaded the new theme from theme forest..

Version is 1.09 in wordpress..

Now there is no title at all.

I just tested this fix and that appears to have addressed the issue. I released version 1.0.9. You can download that now and test that to see if it works.

okay.. if I remove the title line and add the other one then there is not title at all.

If I leave the title line and add the other line I get a title but also get the tagline as well.

I will leave it this way until you inform me further.

Regarding the title, try this... open header.php and remove the following on line 6...

<title><?php wp_title( '' ); ?></title>

...then open functions.php and add the following AFTER the opening <?php tag...

add_theme_support( 'title-tag' );

I fixed the main page now

The title has been changed in both the customization area and the general settings.. However, I still cannot get the title to show up. Game stopper at this point since if I cannot get the title to show up I can't move ahead.

Also, Side note: Can I specify two separate posts to show up at the bottom side by side like you have on your demo. This company has two aspects to their company. I would like to link the left side to the main company information and the right side to the subsidiary company information, at the bottom

I can confirm there are no CSS/code issues.

In my last response, I looked at your actual source code and it is showing that you're using the "Large display" setting in the code. It is also evident by looking at your site: http://s12.postimg.org/q2mvcpad8/Screen_Shot_2015_07_29_at_9_44_17_AM.jpg

The Standard style will display the header at the smallest size possible in order to fit the content on the page. So for the demo site, that means you see the footer copyright, but for your site, since you have a post there, using the standard setting will take up some of the header space in order to make that post fit into view.

Regarding the title, I really can't say why that isn't loading for you. The theme is using a standard WordPress function to display the title information, so it sounds like you're having a WordPress issue if you can't change the home page or the title. Just to reiterate, the home page setting and title information is 100% controlled by WordPress. The theme doesn't have any impact on the code that controls those elements.

Regarding the post, please create a page, assign it as the home page and send me a link so that I can check it out.

I have to admit first hand this template is amazing.. really.. and I know you are probably inundated with many requests from people.. However, if you take a look you will notice that I am using the large option since this is what the standard looks like.

So from the beginning.. Your image on your site is a good size.. The large and the standard are not the same size as your image on your site. So there is a problem here:

On a side note I have change the title and it is still not showing up on W3C check

regarding the post on the main page. I still have no idea how to get rid of it.. Even picking a static page will put a post there with a title, so more information needs to be given to fix this please

Please take your time looking at these images and things. I need to understand this template and why it is doing what it is doing and only you can help with that, since I think there are some css issues involved here with the image size and also a coding issue with the title.

You're using the "large display" setting for the header area. The demo site is using "standard display". Check out this section of the help file for details: http://themolitor.com/help/contractor/#headStyle

Regarding the title, try changing it and saving your settings.

Hello Again..

What I am saying is that the image on your main page in your demo is not large or standard in size. I like the size of your image.. take two browsers, open your demo page and open my page, side by side.. you will see the image size difference.

I still have one error with w3c regarding the title. can you help with that one.. Still working on removing that main page content. The directions you showed from the link above only show how to make a static page the main pages content, but I don't want any page there, like yours. Am I suppose to create a blank static page, but won't the title still show up..
