Those pages that you're referring to are intended to display posts with the "video" post format assigned. Since no content is showing on either of those pages, it seems you don't have any posts with the "video" post format.

So if you go to my about page: http://simoncotter.uk/home/about/ that is showing the content I have put in.

If you go to http://simoncotter.uk/editing/dupont/ this is not showing any content I put in.

Then http://simoncotter.uk/home/camera-work/ this is displaying like my home page.

I am sorry to bother you, once I have worked out to build content, I will be away, but am currently having problems trying to work it out. Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to apply the "Reviews + Video" page template to a page and assign that page as your home page. More info here: http://www.themolitor.com/help/vysual/#homepage

To assign the news item to the menu, be sure to visit the menus page and review the options available in the "Category" box.

Thank you for your reply. Yes I did just realise that and did try to post another post with the correct link, but this forum wouldn't allow me, telling me to 'slow down'.

My website is simoncotter.uk so you can see on the main page, the quotes are stacking across the screen. It would be great if they were scrolling one after the other in the bottom right of the website. Any ideas on how to do so ?

If you go on your demo site: http://themes.themolitor.com/vysual/ then click on the menu 'News' that will display a menu option I am looking to create. Any pointers on how to do so would be much appreciated. Look forward to hearing from you.

Just to clarify, the link you keep pointing to is my theme portal that contains a "purchase bar" at the top of the page. This is so that users can view my different themes. The purchase bar is not part of the actual theme. To view the demo site without the purchase bar, you can either click the "x" in the upper right of that URL or you can review the theme directly here: http://themes.themolitor.com/vysual/

If that doesn't help, please provide a link to your site and I'll see if I can point you in the right direction.

Also Chris I have some more questions, am still getting my head round how the back of house works. I am looking to set up a drop down menu as shown in the preview, http://premium.themolitor.com/?theme=vysual but am having trouble trying to work this one out, whether and how I do it, be it from the inhouse editor or the word press one.
