Hi there,

Usually wording is required to provide solutions, but in any case... troubleshooting issues is a step-by-step process. Without knowing the exact cause of an issue a customer has, I start with a simple question/suggestion. The above link I posted seemed to solve the issue they were having as it's been over a 3 months since this thread was posted.

If the link above didn't help you, maybe you have a different issue.

Are you having the exact same issue as posted above?

It doesnt help AT ALL. It seems that you choose here the easy way to solve 'anything' "send customers to the bin" Give SOLUTIONS to the questions, not wording.
