Inside the "do not upload" folder, you'll see the "wpbm" theme folder. Upload this to your themes directory via FTP.

To add further detail:

My paid download zip file contains two folders. A MACOSX folder and a "do not upload" folder. In EACH of these is a wpbm folder.

The "MACOSX" wpbm file has 32 items and the "do not upload" wpbm folder has 29 items. I've tried both.

I used the tutorial to install and even followed the link about missing stylesheets. I tried to upload the wpbm file via FTP and also by zipping the wpbm file and uploading via the WP backend.

Here's what I get on the WP Admin side: Any guesses? ( I was able to install the option tree plugin)

Broken Themes

The following themes are installed but incomplete. Themes must have a stylesheet and a template.
