No, I do not have the OptionTree plugin installed. In fact, I reinstalled the entire wordpress set up from scratch and reinstalled the Eventure theme from the beginning.

Running the Wordpress Reset plugin worked.

Thanks.

@kangenguru

Do you have the OptionTree plugin installed? if so deactivated it and reactivate the theme

if you had the plugin active before the theme was activated you need to click the delete plugin(on the plugins page) that should remove the stuff from the db then reactivate the theme WITHOUT the plugin, if that doesn't work you need to reset the wp_options row in the database(using phpmyadmin or the WordPress reset plugin)

I found out that if I do not have access to the Theme Options, I would not be able to get my front page with the slider, welcome text, and calendar. Please advise.

Hello,

I bought your Eventure Theme and have installed with the plugins necessary for it to work. However, when I click "Theme Options" tab, I get nothing on the screen that looks like what the youtube video shows or the Help document.

It's a screen that just says "Add New" with a plus sign and a "Save" and a "reset settings."

I have been using Themes from ThemeForest quite some time, and I've never had a problem like this before. I deleted the theme, re-installed, nothing. Deleted the plugins/widgets and reinstalled, nothing. I even importer your .xml file, still nothing in the Theme Options tab.

I looked in OptionTree even, and didn't find anything that looked like your Theme Options photo with Homepage, Options Bar, Social Buttons, Footer, etc....

Can you please help?

Thanks
