Two Questions:

1. Is it possible to move the search Box to the Top Right Hand Corner next to the RSS,Facebook,Twitter icons or to disable it completely to fit more menus on navigation bar.

2. Is it possible to increase the side bar to allow Ads 300X300 the preferred size of most Advertisers
