Currently the best way to do this is to use YouTube or Vimeo.

Hi.
Loving this theme, but can't figure out how to add video.
I have uploaded a FLV vid (called Truth Is A Person) to my Media section and when I add this to the post nothing shows up on the homepage etc.

Do I need a special plugin or does all my video have to be on YouTube, bearing in mind I prefer to host my own vids on my server.
