This has been taken care of. Checking and unchecking "Display Footer Widgets" cleared it up.

Hello, I have tried exploring options for theme customization, but cannot find where I can turn on or off the footer widgets. I have four stationary text boxes I'd like to display but can't seem to make them appear. I checked each of them and none have conditional display options enabled. I'm sure this is obvious, but any help is greatly appreciated.
