Make sure the directories for your theme are set to full write access. If you aren't sure how to "change permissions" (this is the proper term for it), then have a look at this link:

This link is a tutorial on how to change file permissions using an FTP client called Filezilla (my favorite). However, the instructions are similar for most FTP clients.

I get this error message when I try to upload pictures. Here is a screen shot with my problem. http://www.flickr.com/photos/liljeback/6231412702/. What do I do? HELP!
