Hot Artichoke dip

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced or press through garlic press
  • 1 (10 ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
  •  1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • additional cheese for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roughly chop artichokes
  3. In a medium bowl, mix everything together and add to 8×8 oven safe dish
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly
