Ingredients
- 1 bag of frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or press through garlic press
- 1 (10 ounce) package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- additional cheese for topping
