Ingredients
- 1/2 pound orzo pasta
- 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 4 sprigs chopped green onion
- 4 chopped tomatoes
- Juice from 1 large lemons
- 1 lb large shrimp
- 3 tablespoons chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions, drain and add to large bowl.
- Immediately add all ingredients, except for shrimp.
- Saute shrimp in 1 tablespoon butter.
- When cooked add to bowl and salt and pepper to taste.
