Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons Creamy Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
- 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a shallow baking dish, mix mustard and vinegar together.
- In another dish, mix panko and parmesan together.
- Salt and pepper chicken lightly and dip into mustard mixture then into parmesan mix.
- Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
