Dijon Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons Creamy Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Panko (Japanese Breadcrumbs)
  • 4 boneless skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a shallow baking dish, mix mustard and vinegar together.
  2. In another dish, mix panko and parmesan together.
  3. Salt and pepper chicken lightly and dip into mustard mixture then into parmesan mix.
  4. Place on a foil lined baking sheet and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.
