Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups canned unsweetened coconut milk, stirred
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
Directions
- In a medium saucepan bring coconut milk, water, and salt to a boil – stir in rice.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer rice, covered until liquid is almost all absorbed, about 15 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let rice stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sweetened flaked coconut (toasted) black sesame seeds, green onion
