Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup packed fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
- 2 shallots
- 1 garlic clove
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Directions
- Add everything but the olive oil to a blender or food processor.
- Blend all ingredients and slowly add olive oil to desired consistency.
- Salt and pepper to taste and serve over grilled chicken, steak or fish.
