I see... what if this was only for a particular featured post and not all. Basically my site is a music site that has both video audio and images and upon the frontpage scrolling feature i'd like for it to be able to alternate amongst those selections

@thejtcollective youll need to modified the theme files and remove the featured image (single.php index.php etc) and then use a metabox with the video code/ alternatively you can try and see if theres a plugin thats compatible with the theme that will allow you to integrate it
