Hi Chris, it's been quite a while since you've made any updates to The Daily Press theme. Are you intending to update this theme?

With the new WP reporting, I'm getting a bit tired of all the error reports while hobbling along using jQuery Migrate helper as a "fix". See below:

Found a temporary fix using "Enable jQuery Migrate Helper" plugin. It looks like one of my plugins was the culprit "html-javascript-adder". Disabling it didn't fix the issue so I overlooked it. It actually broke my whole widgets page, nothing was active. Once I installed the "Enable jQuery Migrate Helper" plugin, everything worked again. I've notified the developer and hopefully he'll get onto it...

Hi Chris, I updated to WP 5.5 this evening and my category entries are no longer loading on the front page. I tried all the usual plugin deactivations and even rollbacks to try and troubleshoot, but nothing seems to work. Could there be an issue with the theme and this version of wordpress?
