Oh, I should have mentioned ... even with the errors, the image files do get uploaded to the library and are in the/uploads/13/03 directory. The script that generates the three size images doesn't appear to run though. That makes me think that there may be a small chance that it is theme related, since the theme sets a "small" size that must by used somehow to generate the file with xxx-50x13.jpg name. Those files aren't getting created ...

We have been using a slightly modified version of your v4.0 theme for about 2 years without issue. After a recent upgrade to WP 3.5.1, we've managed to break both the browser and the flash uploader, which seems to have broken the thumbnail image handling for the slider. Are you aware of anyone else that has run into this issue?

When uploading images via the browser, we get "Internal Server Error". When uploading via the flash uploader, we get "http error". Searches reveal all sorts of possible causes, everything from having permissions set incorrectly to jsquery issues, etc. We didn't do "anything" other than upgrade to 3.5.1. Server is running v5.3 of PHP, on Hostway. I can't get access to any detailed error logging. I did try deactivating all plugins, that had no effect. I doubt the issue is related to your theme, but I'm getting desperate so I thought I'd ask ....
