Thanks, and I do understand. I ran into similar problems with other plugins. Turned out that the root of all these conflicts was the jquery code and jquery UI that are included in the scripts.js file. (Which are pretty dated.) I simply deleted the first two minified sections of scripts.js, inserted a call for the most recent version of jquery into the header, and voila! everything is now working.

Hi there,

Unfortunately we do not provide support for issues with 3rd party plugins. Sorry. Our best recommendation is to contact the developer of the plugin you're using.

Thanks for understanding!

I have installed the Wordpress Forms plug-in, which tends to work well with other themes. In Politico, I get this error:

Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /nfs/c02/h11/mnt/40677/domains/ottofortexas.com/html/wp-content/themes/wppolitico/functions.php on line 70

Wordpress Forms also conflicts with the OptionTree plug-in. Functionality remains, but the layout is totally broken.

Any help on this?
