I am getting the same problem. I don't need to see the jpeg from the documentation about how to upload a theme. I know how to upload a theme.
This theme is NOT getting upload to wordpress, please update and fix or I want a refund.

And this theme comes with 6 month support, so please help us fix this, stop simply sending images from the documentation. This is SO disappointing.

I can confirm the vysual.zip file (inside the main files download) is what you need to upload to WordPress.

I double-checked and see all the necessary files are inside.

Please try download all the main files, unzip/open and locate vysual.zip inside.

Unfortunatley when downloading the wordpress only file nothing comes in a ZIP file. Just a folder that needs to be compressed. After compressing it, it still will not upload

The vysual zip file won't upload. The theme downloaded as a folder with two zip files in it. I attempted to upload the one labeled vysual and nothing happened
