Yup, it's compatible. Again, I can confirm this is not a theme-related issue. I can't troubleshoot your custom HTML/CSS. Unless you can retrace your steps, you may need to reinstall.

I only have Contact Form 7 active. Deactivating does not change things.

Is the current version of your theme 2.0, and compatible with 3.05?

The only other thing that I did was some testing by paste and remove some html into the footer widget text boxes, which created some erratic behavior with the theme. But again, I don't know much about html.

Do I have to reinstall the theme or Wordpress, or downgrade Wordpress?

I can confirm this is not a theme-related matter. I haven't experienced this issue, so I'm inclined to think it might have to do with a plugin you're using...

While editing footer widgets I lost ability to edit any other than #1. No drop down boxes for text editing.

Don't know if this has anything to do with 3.05.

I don't know much about html - the footer widgets would not format text properly, so I just lifted some html from your demo footer and changed it a bit.
