You'll have to add the widgets again via WordPress admin as the sections will change, Appearance -> Widgets

if youre still having issue try clicking screen options and then clicking Enable accessibility mode

Molitor,

Under theme options the widgets section is not working. I am unable to move and remove widgets from right and left side bar. I'm using aid on an existing website that is using twenty ten them, and changing it around. Do I need to configure something in Option Tree, and if so what?
