i've done it, but loader image is ever visible in each reload of page. How can I remove it?

Open up "custom.js", located inside the "scripts" directory. Remove the following on line 71...

sideToggle.slideDown(300);

Sorry, I should have been more clear. Yes, I would like to hide the + and sidebar altogether so the logo area moves up flush with the navigation. If you can point me to where this is controlled in the source code, I can remove myself.

If you don't have any Widgets 'live', the + should still be visible (and clickable), but not functional. Are you looking to hide the + and sidebar altogether?

Some more detail will help me decipher what you're trying to do.

That's correct. Widgets are only visible when clicking the + button. See the demo site for how the theme behaves by default.

I can only see widgets when I click the + button, top left. Nothing shows on the right even with titles for me.

You are going to kill me. I didnt know I had to hit the plus sign to the right of the home menu item to expose the sidebar...but I dont know if I like that.....

There shouldn't be any. What are the titles you're using? I'll test it out on my end.

Make sure you have titles for the widgets you're using. The theme design depends on the titles, so those are required elements.

I'm having the same problem.

First I wasn't aware that Nocturnal could use widgets so I gave it a try but nothing happens.

What ever I trow at "Live Widgets", nothing show on the sidebar.

Help would be much appreciated.

I can't get the widgets to work. When I drag them into the "Live Widgets" bar on the Wordpress widgets page they are not activating. I do not see them added to either sidebar on the template. Do I need to change something in the CSS to activate the side bar. Thanks!
