Try using a category link in the menu for the blog list and not a page link.

Hi Molitor,

we have problems to see widgets on our home page. On all other page types the widgets are shown. Would be great if you can have a look at http://www.natorp.bobi.net/neu2013/?page_id=111 and tell us why the widget is not shown there. Under Settings -> Widgets the configuration for the home page widgets is the same like for the other page types.
