Hi there,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Pages aren't created automatically. You need to create them under the "add new" section of the "pages" menu in the dashboard.

Assigning sub pages for the menu is done on the "menus" page in the dashboard. More info here: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/menu-setup

Ultimately your question pertains to using WordPress as there isn't anything specific about this theme and using sub pages. For more info about using WordPress, you might find some benefit using the official forums: http://wordpress.org/support

Where are all of the site's subpages? They don't seem to have been loaded when I look under pages.
