You can do this, though I don't recommend it. In your Theme Options > Custom CSS (optional) field enter this:

#contentContainer {background: white;}
#content {background: white;}

Now, this will still leave your Footer and your Header gray with the pattern, but the middle of your page will be white.

I am wondering how I can have all text content on a page or post be placed on a white background to differentiate between where content is and background.

I am wondering what I would need to do to add a white background for posts and content on pages. Right now the theme has grey text on a grey background and wondering if there is code to add so posts and content on pages have a white background when content is entered to create better contrast. Just curious.
