You can change the HEX code in the "custom.js" file, on line 33. Let me now if that helps...

I've changed the general link color from blue to yellow in OptionTree, which changed it everywhere, except for the comments bar where there is still the blue. Have searched through the CSS for the blue, but couldn't find it. Could you point me to the file where the comments mouseover color is specified? Thanks!! (see the effect on the start page here: http://www.petraquilitz.com. It will first flash briefly in my new link color (yellow), then revert back to the blue). Thanks!
