That isn't a plugin. When you have more posts than the number you enter on the "reading" page, those links will automatically appear.

On the live preview there is a blog page. When you view it it shows 3 articles with a next page link below.

What was the plugin that allowed you to do that. I want to add that to the categories so when more than 3 are in that category it will show next page button.

I have tried to google next page plugin but it hasn't been successful. Could you provide me the name of the plugin for me to search on the add new plugin section.
