Updated. Everything went smoothly, I didn't have to reset the database, all the options migrated themselves without issue. Thanks for your help!

Hi there,

Another user mentioned they used that plugin to solve issues after updating. I haven't tested myself, but I'm told it works.

You can always try updating first and then see if you need to reset the options table.

NOTE: be sure to make a backup of everything in case you experience loss of content.

Thanks Chris. I did some reading around and realized I should update -- after I record all my changes! Just one question, the database reset isn't going to remove important information right? I can see that I can only chose to reset "options" but it also says it will delete user info.

I see you're using version 1.1.2 of Nocturnal. The latest version is 1.3.1. Please try updating the theme to see if that has any impact.

Hi there,

Couple troubleshooting steps...

1. Double-check/undo any edits to the template files you've made (if applicable).

2. Disable any additional plugins you have installed (if applicable).

3. Double-check the URL for the image you're trying to use. Make sure it loads the image(s) in the browser.

After that, please provide a link to your site and I'll check it out.
