The welcome message text is controlled from the "Static Front Page" section of the Customize page.

Hi There,

First up I want to say thanks, I love the theme and it works really well for what we are using it for.

The problem:

When the theme was first installed we were able to change the welcome message that appears on the front page. We added an initial message whilst we built/adapted the rest of the site. We now wanted to change this message and when we go to the customise the theme:
"General
Theme Skin

Only Show "Continue" Text on Hover
Display Search in Menu"

That is all there is. The welcome message option is no longer there and thus we cannot change it.

The site still shows the original welcome message - we just can't access to change it.
