Unfortunately that doesn't sound like a theme-related issue that I can troubleshoot. If it's random and you haven't seen it happen yourself, that usually means it's a hosting-related issue. If you have a basic plan, sometimes bandwidth is an issue.

Unless you're seeing a theme-generated error message, there isn't anything I can change via the theme in order to fix this particular issue.

My 2nd. urgent question is about the fact i get complains from my distributor that he get's email from around the world that my website is randomly is not loading. (I myself have always been able to reach the website)

I checked with my hosting company and they can't find anything; since i'm not a expert i don't
know why this is. On monday we send out a press release, and i have to be shure everybody can visit my website on every defice and every browser.

Could you pls. help me out!
