I didn't encounter any issues like that when I tested on IE. Couple questions to help me troubleshoot...

1. What version of IE are you running?

2. What device/OS are you using to run IE?

3. Can you provide a link to your site?

Hi Guys, when I load my webpage on Internet Explorer the autoplay trailer runs but I am unable to close the window during or at the end of the trailer run meaning I cannot access the website.

Is this a YouTube problem or a website dysfunction with IE?
