It lookes better, the whole page is filling my Ipad;-)
But one thing is'nt working:
When you move to the + for navigating the pages the section with pages appears but dosn't dissappear anymore.

Try this... Open "header.php" and on line 10 remove the following...

<meta name = "viewport" content = "initial-scale = 0" />

Let me know if it looks better after removing that line.

My problem is that my wordpress / wave portfolio blog shown on a Ipad looks like a very small version of the original. it's about 1/5 of the original size.
I can make it bigger with using my fingers, but that not the way. When somebody with an Ipad comes to my website\blog the first impression must be good.

@cdweaver Until I can verify this issue actually is occurring on an iPad, it's difficult to say. If it is a JavaScript issue, that would be the result of customizations and/or 3rd party plugins as the JavaScript in the theme has been tested against any bugs.

@cdweaver I can't determine if that is an accurate emulator since it doesn't behave/display content like a normal iPad.

Sure, the background doesn't end up loading, and the area where the main photo should be (the slider) won't load.

Using the simulator (link in previous comment) I can recreate how the iPad2 displays the site, but I don't have an iPad either.

We did turn off the plugins except for the OptionTree because that one is neccesary to run the wave portfolio. (http://www.jurgensloots.nl)

But still the same result. We also noticed that the same occurs on the molitor wave demo website. (http://themes.themolitor.com/wpwave/)

Can you please provide some info how to solve this.

Couple things...

Make sure you have posts assigned to the various categories you selected in the theme options page.

Make sure none of the extra plugins you have installed are causing the problem. If an issue persists, try deactivating them one-by-one to see if they are the cause.
