From the help file:

"STEP 8 - Thumbnails for posts and featured posts are generated from the FIRST image UPLOADED to the post. If you have trouble with thumbnails, please view this thread on the forums: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/important-requirements-for-the-thumbnails-images-to-work"

haha, I found what I was looking for in the comments under the video on theme forest. Before just now, I'd been watching the video on youtube where there is no comment about timthumb pic uploading. I posted one for other troubleshooters, but you should maybe include it in the read-me too.

Just bought the theme, and it rocks. I've checked all of the forums and video walk through, and I cant find a step-by-step explanation on adding/changing the featured content (timthumb). I assume it has something to do with the custom "key" field. I'm a front-end graphic designer, so a dumbed-down walk through would be a big help. Thanks!
