Thanks. Turns out my upload file size was small. I increased the size but still had trouble uploading the theme into WP. I had to manually load the zip file through File Manager on my hosting provider. Then a rep was able to fix the folder hierarchy. It's now all good and ready for customization, but boy what a long afternoon. Thanks for you help.

Hi there,

It's possible your hosting provider has a cap on the upload size. VYSUAL has a larger file size than most themes because it contains a couple sample videos.

Try increasing the upload size and let me know if that helps at all. If you're unsure how to do this, I recommend contacting your hosting provider.

Hello.

Very frustrated. Several attempts to upload Vysual zip file failed. Using Firefox to download/upload - Have tried both "All Files and Documentation" selecting the Vyzual.zip file, and from the "Installable Wordpress File Only" drop down menus. Neither upload. Error message: "Are you sure you want to do this?" "Please try again". I try again and again and again.... it will not load. HELP!
