Hi there,

Just to clarify, widgets are the items that show up in the sidebar UNDER the menu items. WordPress does not include widgets with the downloadable content, but I don't think that's what you're making reference to...

Regarding the menu items (home, Videos 1, etc.), those are controlled from the Menus page (or Menus section of the customize page). Some of those items in the menu are pages, some are categories and others are custom links.

More info about the menu here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#menusetup

For example, the cast and crew page is a CATEGORY page that displays POSTS. Each cast member has their own POST that is assigned to the "cast & crew" CATEGORY.

The "Videos 1" page is a PAGE using the video PAGE TEMPLATE.

More info about that here: http://themolitor.com/help/vysual/#templates

Let me know if that helps.

Best,

Christopher

Hi Chris! Love the site.

I 100% uploaded VYSUAL to WordPress correctly the first time. I downloaded it from envato and used the Installable Wordpress file only. Then uploaded the zip file (not unzipped) to WordPress and installed and activated it. It said it was successful.

I started to customize the site and noticed that the widgets that came with the theme weren't there under the Widgets tab in the Customization (Home, Videos 1, Videos 2, Gallery, Synopsis, Cast & Crew, News, Download, Purchase.). The Film Rating, Parentals Guide etc. section of the footer was also missing.

I played around with the widgets adding new ones for video and cast and crew, but obviously they weren't anything the same as what was built custom by you.

I deleted the theme and re-uploaded and activated it, yes 100% correctly. But, all the original changes I had made to your theme (header photos, footer text, and the deleting of makeshift widgets I made ) came back as if I'd never deleted the theme.

Why would the widgets and some of the footer text not download with the theme? How can I solve all of this?

Looking forward to getting your help ASAP. Trying to get a site up by Friday Sept 8th...
Best,
April in Autumn
