<p>Couple things to keep in mind...</p>
<p>1. You're not using the built-in theme approach to displaying videos. You appear to be copy/pasting embed codes into a single page. The ideal method is to create a post for each video as you can see in the demo site.</p>
<p>2. You're using a plugin to display photos. Plugins are fine, but they may result in unwanted consequences. This is due to the fact that they are not built for specific themes. As a result, they are not supported when issues occur.</p>
<p>Regarding videos, try adding this to your Custom CSS box on the Customize page...</p>
