Hi there,

Keep in mind, if you don't have an image assigned as the "featured image" for each post, the theme will attempt to grab an image from Vimeo or YouTube. This may result in unwanted and erratic results (which may include the images not loading initially).

Did you try uploading an image and assigning that as the featured image for the post/video?

Hi there,
The front page of the website works great, but once I click on short films or commercials in the sidebar, the video thumbnails still don't work.

Everything is loading correctly for me. Did you resolve this issue?

Whenever I click on the link to my videos, the thumbnails don't load correctly. For them to load correctly, I have to reload the page.

Once you're there, click on Short Films and/or Commercials and you can see what happens.
