Hi, I just purchased this theme last night and couldn't figure out how to stop the video on the homepage to play automatically.

So I have a Home page using template Video + Review
And I have a post using "Video" template
Then in the Theme Customizer page, I select the static page to be this Homepage

it shows the video but it plays everytime the Home page loads.

How do I set it so that it only plays when user press Play? I looked through the setting and only thing that has auto play setting was the Audio... Please help!!

Hi there,

On the Customize page (appearance > customize) is a setting that let's you control whether or not the video will autoplay when the site loads.

Please try that and let me know if it helps.

Hello Chris,

Great theme! Quick question - when I set up Vysual to use a child theme, I am unable to display the play button on the home page (using "video + reviews" template), it goes straight to playing the trailer/video. When you click out of the trailer, it's business as usual, just like the theme demo, which is what I would like. When I set up to use the Vysual theme (no child) it works just fine. Is there an easy fix or something I'm not doing correctly? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
