I'm having the same problem, is there a better solution? I tried your code and then I tried adding to that with the following and no luck in either case:

#video iframe, #video object, #video embed, #topPanel .videoContainer, .innerTopPanel {z-index:0 important!;}

It's fine in Firefox but broken in IE9.

Weird, I didn't see anything like that happen when I tested the theme in IE9...

It definitely sounds like a CSS z-index issue. Try adding the following to your custom CSS section in the theme options panel and let me know if it helps at all...

#video iframe, #video object, #video embed {z-index:0}

I love this theme but have run into a problem. I have added a video to the Main Video Embed Code. The tabs work, but..... The video won't go away. You can't see the synopsis or anything behind it. Did I do something wrong?
